Client is responsible for their own server management.
MNC only provides network access to equipment.

The Essentials Management plan provides Co-Managed / Reactive server management. This management plan is best suited to web developers, servers administrators and other tech-savvy server operators, who would just like the 'essential' services managed by request, such as;
- Operating system updates
- Firewall changes
- Applications installed on request (Best Effort)
- Basic control panel management for;
- esxi
- Plesk
- cPanel
- Basic backup setup and management
All other functions of the server such as restoring from backups and ensuring that backups are running can be managed under our higher level plans.
